What to Stream This Weekend

The streaming services put out most of their gifts over the holidays, but there are a few new things to open, including a delightful Wallace and Gromit movie.

When it comes to streaming video, the content pile is vast, and you've got the whole weekend to decide how you want to slice it. There are now too many shows and movies to choose from, spread across too many video-streaming services. We make it easy for you. Each week, we highlight the streaming content we're excited to watch or think you should binge. Fire up your media-streaming device of choice and start watching.

Squid Game: Season 2 (Netflix)

Season two of Squid Game is just as unrelentingly bleak as the first. Seong Gi-hun is back and he's out to defeat the game so that it won't torture anyone else.

Selling the City (Netflix)

The high stakes world of New York real estate gets the high glamour treatment of Selling Sunset. The fights are just as vicious, though the outfits are less colorful (but still outrageous).

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (Hulu)

If you were waiting for a new season of The Home Edit on Netflix, well, professional organizers Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin have gotten more extreme on Hulu. They're hosting this reboot of Extreme Makeover that literally builds a more organized lifestyle into each home.

Wallace and Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl (Netflix)

Wallace and Gromit have such old-fashioned charm. But a new-fangled device in the form of a smart gnome threatens the hominess they cherish when he's taken over by their enemy, the prison-hardened penguin named Feathers McGraw.

Going Dutch (Hulu)

Denis Leary plays a US Army Colonel who finds himself reassigned to a base in the Netherlands that's a little too light on the military for him and heavy on just enjoying the cheese and tulips.
